This data does not allow for the personal identification of visitors to our website.

To enable us to fulfil the above-mentioned purposes, we work with service providers who process your personal data on our behalf and for our purposes – but not for their own purposes.

In particular, we process your data as follows:

– If you send us a request either by telephone, mail, e-mail or fax, we process the contact data you have provided to us, such as your name and surname, your e-mail address, your position in the requesting company, your address and the address of the requesting company respectively, in order to respond to your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

– If we provide you with services, we process your personal data, such as your name and surname, your e-mail address, your position in the client company, your address respectively the address of the company that is our client, as well as your account and payment details and respectively the address of the company, in order to fulfil our contractual obligations from the relationship with the client (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), as well as to fulfil our professional obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

– If you purchase a product from the Company, your personal data is used to register your license and rights to ensure your eligibility to receive technical support, upgrades or other benefits that may be available to registered users. The Company also uses your personal data to notify you of any product upgrades and special offers.

– If you supply us with goods and/or services or you are otherwise our business partner without being one of our customers, we process your personal data, such as your first and last name, your email address, your position in the respective company, your address, respectively the address of the company that is our supplier/business partner, as well as the company’s account and payment details, in order to perform pre-contractual or contractual obligations.

– If you have given us your consent to keep your application in our records, we process the aforementioned data for the purposes of our records. In this case, we rely on your consent to keep it on file (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which consent you can withdraw at any time by sending us an email.

– If you apply for a position as an employee of the Company, we process the personal data you provide us in your CV, such as your academic title, your first and last name, your email address, your address, and your career history, in order to take pre-contractual steps, such as to initiate an employment or replacement agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

– If you give us your consent to list you as a reference, we may process the customer’s name on our website. In this case, we may process your data to the reporting provider. You can withdraw your consent to this at any time by sending us an email to this effect. Where the relevant reporting provider is not established in the EU, we base the transfer on an adequacy decision in accordance with Article 45(3) of the GDPR.

– If you have accepted your newsletter subscription or agreed to receive promotional emails, the Company may use custom links or similar technologies to track the email links you click on. We may associate this information with your personal information to provide you with more targeted email communications or shopping information.
